Delivery Time

AM’s logistic business partner PRAGMA, is an e-commerce specialist and will be responsible for all mail delivery. Orders validated online before 12 noon are guaranteed to be delivered within the next 72 hours. E-buyers from other European countries should expect a delay of 5 to 7 days except for countries such as Belgium, Luxembourg, Holland, Germany and UK where shorter delivery periods are possible. All orders are to be confirmed by email and given an order number. In case of absenteeism, a notice of disposal will be left indicating where the e-buyer may collect the parcel (usually the closest post office bureau). With the support of our real time tracking system, it is possible to establish the precise location of the parcel. Deliveries are made according to the e-buyer preferences. For example, if the e-buyer wants to have the product delivered to another address such as work address, a holiday place or even a friend’s address, AM will happily obliged. When confirming orders, the e-buyer must specify at that time if the delivery address is different to that of the e-buyer. In the situation that the e-buyer order is to be sent as a gift, the e-buyer is required to tick the gift box at the time of order to ensure that such a parcel is sent without receipt. The invoice is sent directly to the e-buyer and an order note is included in the parcel which does not mention the price of the article.

Packaging Delivery Costs

AM charges Euros 8.80 for the packaging and delivery of goods in France, Euros 13 for Belgium, Germany and the UK, and 16 Euros for other European countries. The company delivers worldwide. Postal costs for other countries are available once currency and precise destination is established.

Method of Payment

Online payments by Bank Credit Cards:
Among the cards accepted are: CARTE BLEUE, VISA and MASTERCARD.
All transactions are shown in Euro currency. AM will debit the e-buyer’s account for the total amount of the order including posting and packaging. Information related to the order is subject to an automated treatment. Credit cards payments are processed through a guaranteed site by the CA Group. This service incorporates the SSL Security standards, the current safest security available in encryption protocol. Personal data such as the 16 digits credit card number, the expiry date as well as the cryptogram are transmitted after encryption on the PAYBOX Software, without passing through the physical software of AM. This ensures the security of internet transactions. Transactions processing is performed as soon as the e-buyer’s bank confirms authenticity of account information. Unless relevant details and confirmation are valid, AM may refuse transactions.
