Latest delivery dates for products are indicated on the contract proposal addressed to the customer; couleur chanvre will make its best efforts to send orders between tree (3) and seven (7) working days from the day following order confirmation by the customer.
Shipping costs include a contribution to preparation, packing and postage costs.
In the absence of delivery in the seven days following the delivery deadline, except in cases of force majeure such as postal service strikes, the customer may end the contract by registered letter and request a reimbursement of the cost within thirty days of the end of the contract.

Postage is by the French Colissimo suivi service and is dependent on the value of the order. Colissimo suivi: the package is delivered into the customer’s post box. A notice is left should the parcel be too large.
Packages are delivered against the recipient’s signature. A notice is left in the case of absence. The recipient has 15 days to collect the package from their post office. Customers can track their package on our website in their “customer account” or on www.laposte.fr/colissimo using the parcel number provided by email on order confirmation.
Anomalies :
Should the customer find that packages are missing, damaged or open, they or their representative should note on the Colissimo receipt “written reservations” with their signature or refuse the delivery. The customer should also indicate the anomaly by registered letter to the transporter within two (2) working days following the delivery. A copy of this correspondence must be sent by post or email to Couleur Chanvre.
Late or non delivery :
Colissimo and Chronopost are very reliable services. However, delays to delivery or loss of packages may occur. For late deliveries: (from 11 days after product dispatch) the customer must inform Couleur Chanvre customer services by telephone 00 33 (0)4 74 26 19 82 or by email livraison@couleur-chanvre.com. Couleur Chanvre will forward this information to the post office to open an enquiry. This enquiry may take up to 21 days. Should the product be found it will be sent immediately to the customer’s address. Should the product be considered lost, Couleur Chanvre undertakes to replace the product at its cost. If the product is no longer available Couleur Chanvre will reimburse the cost of that product. Couleur Chanvre declines responsibility relating to late deliveries due to the transporter particularly in the case of product loss or strikes.
Returns :
In order to be valid, all returns must first be indicated to Couleur Chanvre customer services. The purchaser must indicate any anomalies on the “return coupon” (package and/or product damage).
Products should be returned in their original state, complete (accessories, instructions, guarantees), and with a copy of the order documentation (delivery notice and invoice).
Reimbursement terms :
Reimbursements will be made by cheque.
